NOTIFICATION

(CUSTOMS)

 

 

                   S.R.O.  (I)/2003-: In exercise of the powers conferred by section 19 of the Customs Act, 1969 (IV of 1969), the Federal Government is pleased to direct that the following further amendment shall be made in its Notification No. S.R.O. 439(I)/2001, dated the 18th June, 2001, namely:-

 

                        In the aforesaid Notification:-

 

 

(a)    In Table –II, under the heading “General or miscellaneous”, after Sr. No.19, in column (1) and the entry relating thereto in column (2), the following new serial number and the entry relating, thereto shall be added, namely:-

 

“20      Treatment and disposal of toxic and hazardous industrial wastes, sewerage, effluent or solid waste                                                                                                      management, water purification”; and

 

                   (b)  In Table-III, Sr.No. 4 and the entry relating thereto shall be omitted.
