NOTIFICATION
(CUSTOMS)  

                        S.R.O.     (I)/2003 In exercise of the powers conferred by section 98 of the Customs Act 1969(IV of 1969), the Federal Government is pleased to-  

(i)                  extend upto the 31^st March, 2003 , the period for which warehouse goods may remain in the warehouse; and  

(ii)                remit penal surcharge in the case of goods which are removed from the warehouse within the period from the 22^nd March, 2003 to the 31^st March, 2003 .
