                        S.R.O.206(I)/2003 :- In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (c) of section 21 of the Customs Act 1969(iv of 1969), the Central board of revenue is pleased to rescind its Notification  No.s S.R.O.944(I)96, DATED THE 27^th   Sept ,1996, and S.R.O.860(I)/97, dated the 24^th September,1997, with immediate effect.
