                         S.R.O.177(I)/2003 In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (c) of section 21 of the Customs Act 1969(iv of 1969), the Central board of revenue is pleased to rescind its notification  No S.R.O.1365(I)99, DATED THE 13TH DEC ,1999, and S.R.O. 114(I)/2002, DATED the 15th feb,2003 with immediate effect.
