                        S.R.O . 173 (I)/2003 In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (c) of section 21 of the Customs Act 1969(iv of 1969), the Central Board of Revenue is pleased to rescind its notification  No S.R.O.97(I)2000, DATED THE 28TH FEB,2000 and S.R.O. 612(I)/2001, DATED THE 28TH AUG , 2001  with immediate effect.
