                     S.R.O   (I)/2003—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause © of section 21 of the Customs Act, 1969 (IV of 1969), the Central Board of Revenue is pleased to direct that the following further amendment shall be made in its Notification NO. S.R.O. 414(I)/2001, DATED the 18^th june, 2001, namely:-  

In the aforesaid Notification , in Schedule XXXVII,-

(a). In col (2), against item3, after the word and bracket “cables)”, occurring for the second time, the bracket figure and words “(5 core and above)” shall be added; and  

(b).In column (4), for figure “7.80”, “5.33’ and “5.32” the figures “12.90”, and “6.62” and “8.55” shall respectively be substituted.
