                        S.R.O . 170(I)/2003 In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (c) of section 21 of the Customs Act 1969(iv of 1969), the Central Board of Revenue is pleased to rescind its notification  No S.R.O.528(I)97, DATED THE 14TH JUL ,1997, and S.R.O. 155(I)/99, DATED the 9th MARCH  1999 with immediate effect.
