NOTIFICATION
(CUSTOMS)  

 

            S.R.O. 690 (I)/2002.- In exercise of the powers conferred by section 19 of the Customs Act,1969 (IV of 1969), the Federal Government is pleased to direct that in its Notification No.S.R.O.370(I)/2002, dated the 15th June,2002, the following amendments shall be made, namely:-  

            In the aforesaid Notification, in Table II,-  

(a)        after S.No.40 in column (1) and the entries relating thereto in columns (2),(3), (4) and (5), the following new S.No. and the entries relating thereto shall be added, namely:-

Tea, whether or not flavoured subject to the quantitative restrictions of 7500 MT during 4.10.2002 to 30.6.2003 and 10,000 MT during the subsequent financial years.

 (b)        against S.No.527, in column (1), in column (5)  for the figure “ 30%”  , the figure “100%”  shall be substituted.”.
