ORDER

S.R.O. (I)/2002:- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section(I) of section 3 of the Imports and Exports (Control) Act, 1950 (XXXIX of 1950), the Federal Government is pleased to direct that the following further amendments shall be made in the Import Trade and Procedure Order, 2000, namely:-

In the aforesaid Order, in Appendix “B”:-

(a) after serial number 239 in column 1, the following new serial numbers and the entries relating thereto in column 2 and 3 shall be inserted, namely:-

“239A 2921.4200 Sulphanilic Acid/sulphanilic acid Sodium Salt.

239B 2921.5900 Other (4,4-Diaminostileben 2,2-Disulphonic
Acid Moist/DSD Acid).”; and

(b) after serial number 247 in column 1 , the following new serial number and the entries relating thereto in columns 2 and 3 shall be inserted, namely:-

“247A 2933.6900 Other (Cyan-uric Chloride)”.
