NOTIFICATION
(CUSTOMS)
 

            S.R.O  (1)/2002- In exercise of the power conferred by section 19 of the Customs Act, 1969 (IV of 1969), the Federal Government is pleased to direct that the following amendments shall be made and shall be deemed to have always been so made in its Notification No. S. R. O. 372(I)/2002, dated 15^th June, 2002, namely:- 

                        In the aforesaid Notification,-           

(a)   In Table –III, in list A, against S.No.31 in column (1), in column in column (3), for the heading “3505.1010”, the heading “1702.3000” shall be substituted; and    

(b)   In Table –III, in list A, after Sl.No.90 in column (1), and the entry relating thereto, the following new Sl.No.90-A and entry relating thereto shall be inserted, namely;-  
 

                                                “90-A                         Gelatin”
