S.R.O (1)/2002- In exercise of the power conferred by section 19 of the Custom Act, 1969 (IV of 1969), the Federal Government is pleased to direct that the following further amendments shall be made in its Notification No. S.R.O. 358(I)2002,dated the 15^th June 2002, namely:-

In the aforesaid Notification, in the Table-II, after S.No.57, in column (1), and the entries relating thereto in column (2), (3), (4) and (5), the following new serial numbers and the entries relating thereto shall be added; namely: -

58 Yarn of coarse animal hair or of horsehair 5110.0000 15%ad val Nil

(including gimped horsehair yarn), whether

or not put up for retail sale.

59 Other. 5207.9000 15%ad val Nil

60 High tenacity yarn of nylon or other 5402.1000 15%ad val Nil

polyamides.

61 Of nylon or other polyamides, measuring 5402.3200 15%ad val Nil

per single yaru more than 50 tex.

62 Yarn (other than sewing thread) of 55.09 15%ad val Nil

synthetic staple fibres, not put up for retail

sale.

63 Metallised yarn, weather or not gimpted, 5605.0000 15%ad val Nil

being textile yarn, or strip or the like of

heading 54.04 or 54.05, combined with

metal in the form of thread, strip or powder

or covered with metal.

2. This Notification shall take effect from the 2^nd September, 2002.
