NOTIFICATION
(CUSTOMS) 

                        SRO    (I)/2002 – In exercise of the power conferred by section 11 of the Customs Act, 1969 (IV of 1969), the Central Board of Revenue is pleased to direct that the following further amendment shall be made in its Notification No. S.R.O. 111(I)/83 dated the 12^th February, 1983, namely;
In the aforesaid Notification in the preamble, after the word “stations” the following words, figures and brackets shall be inserted, namely:-
(a)                 “subject to the condition that the Customs Act, 1969 (IV of 1969), the Sales Tax Act, 1990 and Central Excise Act, 1944 (I of 1944) are applicable in these areas”.
