(CUSTOMS)  

                S.R.O 368(I)/2002. - In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of section 11 of the Finance Act, 1969 (XII of 1991), the Federal Government is pleased to rescind, with immediate effect, its following Notifications namely:-  

1.                    S.R.O.604(I)/91, dated the 1^st July, 1991 ; and

2.                    S.R.O.414(I)/98, dated the 18^th April, 1998 .
