(CUSTOMS)  

                S.R.O 361(I)/2002 In exercise of the powers conferred by section 19 of the Customs Act, 1969 (IV of 1969), and sub-section (I) of section 13 of the Sales Tax Act, 1990 (VII of 1990), the Federal Government is pleased to rescind, with immediate effect, its Notification No.S.R.O. 400(I)/97, dated the 31st May 1997 .
