NOTIFICATION
(CUSTOMS)  

                S.R.O 353(I)/2002 In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (c) of section 21 of the Customs Act, 1969 (IV of 1969), the Central Board of Revenue is pleased to direct that the following further amendments  shall be made in its Notification  No. S.R.O 412(I)/2001, dated the 18^th June, 2001 , namely:-
 

                In the aforesaid Notification, in Schedules II and VI, in  column (3), for the figures “30.06.2002”, wherever occurring, the figures “30.06.2002” shall be substituted and shall be deemed to have been so substituted on the 13^th May, 2002.
