NOTIFICATION

(Customs)

S.R.O. 742(I)/99.- In exercise of the powers conferred by section 7 of the Customs (Amendment) Act,1999 (II of 1999), and sub-section (5) of section 13 of the Sales Tax Act,1990, the Federal Government is pleased to rescind its following Notifications, with immediate effect, namely:-

1. S.R.O.978(I)/95, dated the 4th October,1995.

2. S.R.O.979(I)/95, dated the 4th october,1995;

3. S.R.O.980(I)/95, dated the 4th October,1995; and

4. S.R.O.1076(I)/95, dated the 5th November,1995.
