S.R.O. 739 (I)/99.- In exercise of the powers conferred by section 181 of the Customs Act, 1969 (IV of 1969), the Central Board of Revenue is pleased to direct that the following amendments shall be made in its Order No. S.R.O. No. 1374(I)/98, dated the 17th December, 1998, namely:-

In the aforesaid Order,-

(a) in Table-I, against Sr. No. 1, in column (2), after the word "goods" the words and figure "except goods mentioned in Sr.No.4 of Table-III below" shall be inserted; and

(b) in Table-III, after Sr. No. 3, in column (1) and the entries relating thereto in columns (2) and (3) the following new serial number and the entries relating thereto shall be added, namely:-"

4. Trucks, tankers, prime movers, 10%". trailers, dumpers, tractors, buses and coaches for which customs-duties are paid by the 31st August, 1999,
