S.R.O. 686 (I)/99.- In exercise of the powers conferred by section 7 of the Customs (Amendment) Act, 1999 (II of 1999), the Federal Government is pleased to direct that the following further amendments shall be made in its Notification No. S.R.O. 818(I)/89, dated the 9th August, 1989, namely:-

In the aforesaid Notification, in the preamble,-

(a) after the word "customs-duty" the words, commas, brackets and figures "leviable under the First Schedule to the Customs Act, 1969 (IV of 1969)", shall be inserted; and

 (b) for the word "Acts" the word "Act" shall be substituted.
