CUSTOMS

S.R.O.576(I)/99.- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 10 of the Finance Act, 1991 (XII of 1991), the Federal Government is pleased to exempt aircraft spare pars and equipment warehoused in the Shaheen Bonded Warehouse, for ultimate use by the Pakistan Air Force for defence purposes, from payment of the additional customs-duty as surcharge on warehousing of goods, for the period from the 17th June, 1991, to the 30th December, 1993, chargeable thereon at the rate of one per cent of the value of the said goods.
