Subject:-                         TEMPORARY IMPORTATION OF CONTAINERS.

 

The Central Board of Revenue is pleased to order that the following amendment shall be made in Custom General Order No.3 of 1986, namely:

In para 4 of the atoresaid CGO after the words accessories and components the following may be added thereto:

"except container seals of specific shape and Serial No. Embossed thereon as identifiable at the time of re-export".
