CUSTOMS GENERAL ORDER NO.04/2003

 

The Central Board of Revenue  is pleased to order that the following further amendments shall be made in the Custom General Order no.12 of 2002 dated 15.06.2002 namely

 

In Chapter X , In Para 37,-

 

a)      in heading of Para ,the word “PIA DUTY FREE SHOPS LTD”, shall be substituted by the words “DUTY FREE SHOPS”

 

b)      in the body and annexure to the Para , the world and letter s “M/s Duty Free Shops Limited “,  “DFSL” and “DFS” wherever occurring shall be substituted by the words, “Duty free shops”.
