CUSTOMS GENERAL ORDER NO.05/2003

 

SUBJECT: PAYMENTS OF APPEAL FEES UNDER SECTION 193 AND 194-A

                    OF CUSTOMS ACT , 1969.

 

 

In the light of the provision contained in sub section 3 of section 193 and sub-section 6 of  section 194-A of Customs Act 1969 , the Central Board of Revenue is pleased to direct that fee amounts , referred to in the aforestated provisions, shall be deposited in the Government treasury ( or in any designed branch of National Bank of  Pakistan ) under the tax head “0211800 Sea Customs – others “.

 

  1. The original copy of the duty-paid challan shall be attached with the appeal / application , so filed with the competent authority as referred above.
