CUSTOMS GENERAL ORDER NO.06/2003

 

The Central Board of Revenue  is pleased to order that the following further amendments shall be made in the Custom General Order no.12 of 2002 dated 15.06.2002 namely

 

 

In the aforesaid Customs General Order , in para 105 in clasue (d)31

 

(i)                  the figure  “06.00” shall be substituted by the figure “10.00”, and

(ii)                after full stop at the end , following shall be added

 

“The Movement during night hours shall be allowed only under Customs escort”
