SALES TAX GENERAL ORDER NO. 1 OF 1996.

Subject:- AMENDMENTS IN SALES TAX LAW.

A number of amendments have been made in the Sales Tax Law. Consequently some General Orders have ceased to be of any utility.

2. Central Board of Revenue is therefore, pleased to rescind the following General Orders:

(1) Sales Tax General Order No. 2 of 1991, dated 12th May, 1991. (Crucial date for payment of sales tax).

(2) Sales Tax General Order No. 5 of 1995, dated 3rd May, 1995. (Regarding procedure for Cottage Industry).
