SALES TAX GENERAL ORDER NO. 4 OF 2004

Subject:    AMENDMENT IN PART V, CHAPTER (Z) OF SALES TAX GENERAL ORDER 3/2004 DATED  12.06.2004


                The Central Board of Revenue is pleased to make the following amendments in Sales Tax General Order 03/2004 dated 12^th June, 2004,  with immediate effect, namely:-

                In the aforesaid Sales Tax General Order, in Part V, Chapter (Z), in sub-para (3) of para 63, the entries "(b) Post Refund Audit" and "(i) Investigative audits after action under Section 38 of the Sales Tax Act", shall be omitted and added in sub-para (2) of para 63, as clause "(j)" and "(k)" respectively.
