         S.R.O. 749(I)/2006.— In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (8a) of section 2 of the Federal Excise Act, 2005, the Federal Government is pleased to specify the twenty-fifth day of a month as the due date, for furnishing a return under section 4 of the said Act, by the gas producing companies in  respect of natural gas and liquefied petroleum gas for the clearances made during the preceding month.
