NOTIFICATION

(Federal Excise)

            S.R.O. 1247(I)/2006.–– In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 4 of the Federal Excise Act, 2005, the Central Board of Revenue is pleased to direct that the following amendments shall be made in its Notification No. S.R.O. 652(I)/2005, dated the 1^st July, 2005, namely:--

            In the aforesaid Notification, after the word “gas”, occurring for the second time, the comma and words “, solvent oil” shall be inserted.
