NOTIFICATION

(Federal Excise)

            S.R.O. 1246(I)/2006.–– In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (8a) of section 2 of the Federal Excise Act, 2005, the Federal Government is pleased to direct that the following amendments shall be made in its Notification No. S.R.O. 749(I)/2006, dated the 21^st July, 2006, namely:--

            In the aforesaid Notification, after the word “gas”, occurring for the second time, the comma and words “, solvent oil” shall be inserted.
