NOTIFICATION

(FEDERAL EXCISE)

            S.R.O.  809(I)/2005.-  In exercise of the powers conferred by rule 33 of the Federal Excise Rules, 2005, the Central Board of Revenue is pleased to  rescind its following  notifications, namely :-

(1) Notification No. S.R.O. 1189(I)/75, dated the 2^nd December, 1975;

(2) Notification No. S.R.O.   637(I)/80, dated the 9^th June, 1980;

(3) Notification No. S.R.O. 1279(I)/80, dated the 21^st December, 1980;

(4) Notification No. S.R.O.   502(I)/81, dated the 30^th May, 1981;
