NOTIFICATION

(Central Excise)

S.R.O.94(I)/2002.—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 12A of the Central Excises Act, 1944 (I of 1944), read with sub-section (2) of section 4 thereof, the Federal Government is pleased to direct that the following further amendments shall be made in its Notification No.S.R.O.456(I)/96, dated the 13^th June, 1996, namely:-

In the aforesaid Notification, in the Table, in column (1),--

(1) for heading number 2710.0039 and the entries relating thereto in columns (2) and (3) the following shall be substituted, namely:-

“2710.0039 (i) Solvent oil (non-composite) Nine rupees

per litre.

(ii) Other Eighty eight

paisa per

litre.”; and

(2) against heading number 3814.0000, in column (2), in clause (i) after the word “oil” the brackets and word “(composite)” shall be added.
