S.R.O.468(I)/2002.—In exercise of the powers conferred by rule 53B of the Central Excise Rules, 1944 the Central Board of Revenue is pleased to rescind its Notification No.S.R.O.499(I)/93, dated the 14^th June, 1993, with immediate effect.
