NOTIFICATION

(CUSTOMS)

            S.R.O.541(I)/98.- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 10 of the Finance Act,1991, (XII of 1991), the Federal Government is pleased to direct that the following further amendments shall be made in its Notification No.S.R.O.822(I)/91, dated the 20^th  August,1991, namely:-

            In the aforesaid notification, in the Table-

(i) in S.No.2 in column (1), in column (2) for the expression “S.R.O.68(I)/70, dated the 17^th April,1970 and Notification No.S.R.O.69(I)/70 dated the 17^th April,1970” the expression “S.R.O.1140(I)/97 dated the 6^th November,1997” shall be substituted; and

(ii) In S.No.3 and 5, in column (1), in column (2) for the expression “S.R.o.722(I)/89, dated the 10^th July,1989” the expression “S.R.O.1140(I0/97, dated the 6^th November, 1997” shall be substituted. “.
