CUSTOMS

S.R.O. 1148(I)/82.- In exercise of the powers conferred by section 19 of the Customs Act, 1969(IV of 1969), the Federal Government is pleased to exempt from whole of the Customs duty specified in the First Schedule to the Customs Act, 1969 (IV of 1969), leviable on the goods imported by organisation in Pakistan, as gifts from the Church World Service or the Catholic Relief Services subject to the condition that the importing organisation produce a certificate from the Ministry of Health to the effect that the goods have been imported under the agreement signed between the Government of Pakistan and,-

(a) the Church World Service on the 17th October, 1981; or

(b) the Catholic Relief Services on the 20th December, 1981.
